In addition to Procomport, Ambition Media Corporation also provides hosting and technical services to clients who are looking for web development and online resources.

Worked as a IT Service Desk Agent for FOX Filmed Entertainment where I was tasked with remote support and triage of IT related issues ranging from basic application troubleshooting to critical incident response and documentation. During my time as a service desk agent I had on average a 85% resolution rate with less than 10% of my tickets needing to be escalated to desktop support.
