Mission Fed is looking for a Digital Program Analyst that will manage multiple application development and operational projects for the Digital Channels group, including the management of external companies, consultants, and contract personnel.

Summary:
Gathers requirements and analyzes data for business cases, proposed projects, and Digital systems in support of operational delivery. Provides project leadership, exercises judgment and independent decision-making, manages enterprise-wide cross-functional teams, and develops implementation plans to achieve program success, on time and within budget. Responsible for project planning and execution, management of scope, quality, credit union resources, schedule adherence, budget, risk, communications, and post-implementation review.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration is required. Current PMP or Agile certification also required. Two years of equivalent experience can substitute for every one year of education.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience within project management and/or business analysis overseeing the design, development, and implementation of web and mobile software solutions, systems, or products is required. Financial institution experience is preferred. In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle a plus.

Skills & Abilities:
• The ideal candidate will be self-directed and self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have solid problem recognition, solving, and resolution skills, and be able to multi-task effectively. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required.
• Must possess the ability to conduct research into digital web and mobile application and systems issues as required, and communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Must be logical, efficient, highly self-motivated and focused, have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Must have a keen attention to detail, and have a strong customer service orientation.
• Experience managing projects for member facing digital web and mobile technologies is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union core processing platforms such as Symitar Episys Quest or Fiserv and other digital banking solutions is a plus.
• Experience Google Analytics, data mining, and dashboard and report creation is a plus.

Software:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio). Symitar Episys Quest, SharePoint, and Google Analytics preferred.
