We are looking for a loyal, personable and gifted technicians to provide monitoring, management, hardware support services, and onsite support for our client’s servers, networks, workstations and applications.

Xperts Unlimited seeks a highly-motivated mid-level network engineer (Level 2+) to take control of our clients’ email and windows server infrastructure. Work in a fun, exciting, fast-paced environment and casual atmosphere with like-minded technology individuals. Must be a self-starter; take initiative, ability to work in a team environment or individually. Must possess and be able to demonstrate very strong ability with and knowledge set of Windows Active Directory, Exchange, Windows server, and Mac environments.

Shift:

8am - 5pm M-F This job will be full time in El Segundo

Must Haves

We have a tight-knit group of network engineers on staff and are particularly interested with inviting technicians on board who will fit well in our environment. We want to hear from confident IT pros looking to own their area of technology and bring creative solutions to the table. The successful candidate will:

• Be highly organized and able to self-manage

• Have good written and oral communication skills

• Possess an inclination for learning new technologies quickly

• Have Service / Help Desk and/or NOC experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the trenches diagnosing hardware issues, administering networks and performing end user support on

• Have a likable personality and work well with our diverse clientele



Necessary server and network skills include experience or certification with:

Support Microsoft Windows server technologies (Server 2012/2016) operating systems, DNS and Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
Administer and support Active Directory, DNS & Microsoft Exchange replication.
VMware, experienced in management of ESX virtual hosts
Provide support for Office 365, administration and migrations
Provide Tier 2+ desktop and application support, including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
Produce, maintains and update technical documentation.
Firewalls and Routers
LANs, WANs, VPNs
On the workstation side, necessary skills include thorough hardware troubleshooting and support capabilities with:

Windows 7/10, MS Office, and AV
Certifications are a plus
