This position involves integrating; maintaining and supporting Windows based workstations as well as network devices such as routers and switches - remotely and on-site. Software troubleshooting skills are also required. Many clients have unique and specialized applications and systems, so the ability to troubleshoot based on the fundamentals of application and network design may be required.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to build the client relationship by discovering new solutions, optimizations and recommendations for items outside the scope of the immediate concern that would help the client have a more reliable, efficient and secure infrastructure. While our staff is always available to assist in troubleshooting issues and working out solutions, you are expected to be able to move projects along with no (or limited) supervision or management. We consider ourselves employees of our clients; we are always professional, ethical and respectful of our client's businesses, staff and owners at all times. Our goal is to provide meaningful solutions to our clients that give them an advantage. We impose no sales goals on our staff but instead allow freedom to develop in an associate based culture.

• Resolve computer and network related hardware, software, operating systems, performance, and configuration issues
• Analyzing client needs and reviewing technical alternatives to create better solutions for the client
• Training clients on new technologies and software
• Taking studious notes when troubleshooting, for issue resolution or implementing infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to completion in a reasonable time frame
• Presenting a professional, thoughtful and friendly client experience that gives the client confidence under pressure
• Monitoring commercial client networks and resolving issues
• Authoring detailed internal and client-directed documents
• Answering in-bound support calls
• Driving to client locations when required (we have company cars)

• Minimum of 1 year experience providing IT support
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work efficiently and minimize personal downtime
• Extensive experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based PCs
• The ability to work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot custom and industry specific hardware and software
• Professional appearance
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently with little downtime
• Valid driver's license
