What you’ll do:
•Respond to service calls, diagnose, and repair BMS issues.
•Perform scheduled BMS maintenance activities
•Point to point checkout, startup, and commissioning on assigned projects. Interpret control drawings, plans and specifications to test Program. Make necessary programming changes.
•Utilize hand tools, laptop, and test equipment on site.
•Analyze problems and resolve issues to ensure overall system functions properly.
What you’ll need to be successful:
•Two years technical degree preferred but not required
•Must have 2 to 5 years experience with DDC applications, strong troubleshooting skills and HVAC equipment knowledge HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques. Knowledge of Delta and Distech Controls systems is recommended
•Strong computer skills required as well as some basic network knowledge. Knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Visio, Word, and Excel preferred
•Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Envise in an ethical and professional manner and able and willing to work in a team environment is required.
•Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
•Excellent customer service Skill and communication to both internal and external clients is required.
•Clean driving record required
