The iOS Developer is responsible for writing applications and developing features for the underlying application frameworks we create for our clients. The position works closely with the design and web teams to develop and improve products.
Develop, maintain, and test iOS business applications using Cocoapods, Objective-C, Swift, Core Data, RESTful APIs, and various third party frameworks.
Be familiar with version control software (Git) in a team-based setting.
Collaborate closely with the web and design teams to achieve quality results and meet project deadlines.
Develop solutions to meet the specific needs of client requests.
Keep up to date with new technologies, libraries, and software revisions.
Participate in an agile development process, with daily stand-ups and two-week sprints.
Effectively communicate with team members.
Perform other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience
BS CE/CS or related field preferred but not required
1+ years of iOS development experience
Experience with Objective-C. Swift experience a plus.
Experience submitting apps to the App Store.
Experience with databases and connection methods to them.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven record of completing projects on time and to specification.
