In this role, you will maintain a wide variety of devices and work with internal and external customers. You must consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills as you must be able to translate technical terms and concepts into understandable language for non-technical people. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally, be able to work collaboratively on a team, and must display a positive attitude at all times. An ability to handle numerous projects concurrently is essential.
This is not an entry-level position and hobbyist experience is not sufficient for this role. Training is provided, but relevant prior experience is required. Applicants must be well-versed in setting up software and apps remotely, diagnosing and fixing connectivity issues, and providing AV assistance. Experience in the tradeshow and events industry is a bonus, but not required. Familiarity with common programming languages (HTML, etc.) is also a plus.
Hours for this position are typically day shift, but evening and weekend availability is required. Travel also may be required periodically. Applicants must be based in Las Vegas. Experience with shipping is desired, as is experience with inventory oversight as this position is based in our shipping and inventory department.
