We are a custom rubber stamp manufacturing company in Historic Downtown Gresham looking for a web content assistant. We currently operate several websites and are looking for an additional team member to help keep the content organized and to assist the sales team to help customers. This is a full time and in-house position. Telecommuters and freelancers need not apply.

The ideal person would work with a 3 person team and the owner updating the content and the message on our websites and on social media sites such as Facebook. They would also work with our outside vendors that provide technology services.

Our online presence is an extension of our business, and not operated as a separate entity. Knowing the operations of the business and understanding the sales department and how it works with the websites is key to a successful venture.

It is also a plus if you can tolerate or enjoy different music played while you work and have a good sense of humor. We are a small, closely knit company that has a unique culture and high appreciation for everyone that works here. We want to find someone that would thrive in this type of setting.

The necessary skills needed for this position would be:

• Experience with web content management programs
• Experience with social networking (Facebook, Yelp, etc)
• Knowledge of graphic design programs for image editing
• Having a basic knowledge of HTML
• Understanding SEO a plus
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• The ability to write content that is grammatically correct
• Able to work collaboratively with programming and SEO vendors

Our company is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends and all major holidays. Our crew starts at 8:30 and we work until 5:15.
