Standard TV and Appliance is family owned, Oregon based, and has operated since 1947 is seeking an exceptional IT Systems Manager.



We are looking for...

An IT Systems Manager to provide overall direction of the IT department.



Responsibilities will include:

~ Supervises all IT staff

~ Monitor the health of the server and address possible problems

~ Setup, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the database

~ Monitor and maintain the Retail Analyst program

~ Create, process, and distribute reports



Qualifications:

~ At least two (2) years' experience with GERS [JDA-MMHF, POSP] Retail system software or similar distribution ERP system.

~ Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing, and operation; knowledge of application of computer software for automating highly diverse agency/organization activities.

~ Capability and capacity of various software products/communication utilities.

~ Knowledge/experience with Oracle Database.

~ Knowledge/experience operating in a Solaris and SQL environment.

~ Knowledge of the principles of data communications and telecommunications.

~ Knowledge of local area network concepts and fundamentals.

~ Knowledge of teleprocessing and telecommunications architecture.

~ Familiarity with IP phone systems.

~ Proficient operating in and troubleshooting Windows-based environments and software.

~ Working knowledge of MS Exchange and MS Server software.

~ Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel and a working knowledge of MS Access.
