SyncroMSP is looking for a Test Engineer (Remote) -

Syncro is a software platform that helps IT Professionals support small businesses all over the world. It combines features for Professional Services Automation (PSA), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Remote Access. We have a really fun (and completely remote) team full of awesome people, and we’re super passionate about helping our customers lead happy and efficient lives. Our company culture is positive, supportive, and feels like family. If you think you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!

Syncro is a small team crafting applications that help small businesses be more successful. Our software does job tracking, marketing, invoicing, integrates tons of online tools and we’re looking for someone who can help us make our platform even more powerful. Our users make sure all things “IT” are running smoothly for their clients (think computers, printers, anti-virus, etc). With our software, IT business owners and employees spend more time with their family/friends and less time in Excel. We like this :)

We are a different kind of software company -- we know that making the lives of our customers easier and more fun is the way to build great long-term relationships.

We're building a company that values human beings, creativity, trust, and inspires success and happiness in the lives of our employees and customers. We’re completely remote, so we mostly work from home or from co-working spaces, and have employees all over the world!

If this sounds like the kind of team you want to be part of, we want to hear from you.

Our QA team is new and growing with one current full time Test Engineer and more expected to join the team over the coming months. The QA team is responsible for making sure our releases are high quality and ship in a timely manner. The work is a mix testing features or tools in development and verifying issues and feedback reported by our users. The QA team works very closely with developers, technical support, and production to make sure any needed fixes ship quickly and any releases are functional and polished.

Salaried position designed to grow with the company (seriously, try us).
Join a great team and we'll keep you challenged, learning, passionate, and growing.
Results-oriented: Help us build and ship the best software and see the happiness it generates with our users.
Small team: We’re a team of fewer than 50 people with a close-knit, positive, and fun culture.
Flexibility: We are a completely remote team, so everyone works from home or co-working spaces. Again, we're results-oriented and want to help you create a position that suits your life.
Benefits: We provide awesome health, vision, and dental benefits for our employees, their spouse, and dependents! We also provide parental leave, 401(k), and an education reimbursement benefit so you can learn new skills while working at the company.
Fun: We genuinely love coming to work every day and building products that help make our users’ lives easier.
