Help Desk Analyst -

Seeking highly skilled, energetic and experienced Help Desk Analyst with strong customer service background to support incoming ACD calls for Network, desktop and telecom related issues.

Will be on the phones for 6+ hours a day.

Knowledge of MS Active Directory and Microsoft Desktop operating systems is preferred.
Works with a sense of urgency while following established processes to resolve issues.
Support PC hardware and software, telephones, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
