Creates and maintains infrastructure diagrams and documentation.
Administers Microsoft® Windows server applications in standalone and clustered mode with Windows Failover Clustering.
Regularly applies software, configuration, application and management tool upgrades/patches to assure performance, stability, and security.
Under the direction of a senior systems administrator, analyzes, troubleshoots, repairs and recovers from software and service failures.
Configures and troubleshoots server technologies including, Windows Server, Internet Information Services, Active Directory, virtualization, interfaces and other technologies as they are utilized by the organization.
Develops, communicates and enforces best use practices and standards company-wide.
Performs individual IT assignments accurately and on time with attention to detail using specific standard techniques and procedures.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor's degree in a technology-focused major, certification or equivalent experience.
MCSE certification a plus.
Experience with VMWare vCloud is required.
10-15 years' experience supporting Microsoft products and technologies, Active Directory, Windows 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft SQL Server, LAN/WAN
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must have experience with Data Backup and Recovery
Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in fast pace environment
Communicate with both technical and non-technical users
