The qualified candidate will have strong proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, with technical skills in photography/videography and editing. Experience in sports/active photography highly desirable, as is the ability to conceive and produce compelling content for digital use.
The successful candidate will be able to tell a story, create a buzz, and generate brand interest through digital media campaigns while under stringent deadlines. The Manager will build and enhance the organizationís ongoing social media strategies, engaging various demographic audiences and increasing the brand presence of USTA Southern California on digital platforms.
This is a full-time position with regular office hours and regional travel. Reliable transportation is required. An understanding of tennis from grassroots to pro competition is highly desirable, as is the ability to work proactively within the Communications & Marketing team to support all organization initiatives and all departments.
The salary for this full-time position is $50-60k plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, and more. Please note that this is not an entry-level position nor an internship.
