Job 1) Entry level technician.

A good candidate will be eager to learn and take on a variety of tasks, someone who fills in where necessary. Must understand the value of providing good customer service. Recent college or technical school graduates encouraged to apply - gain valuable skill, knowledge and experience you can use to catapult your IT career. Start in 2 weeks.

Full Time
Personal time off after 60 days

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive all incoming shipments of equipment and get them staged for additional configuration
• This position primarily stays at the office and preps production equipment
• Research topics, products and services as needed
• Support field technicians at the office and/or jobsite as needed
• Take customer calls and create tickets as needed
• Perform some administrative duties/tasks as assigned

Skills:
• Understands instructions and follows them accurately
• Has Strong Analytical, verbal and written skills
• Has a Desire to learn and help grow with the company in a fun and fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Strong desire to be a team player and assist where needed

Education and Experience:
• High School Degree or GED required
• A+ Certification preferred
• Basic understanding of networks, Microsoft products, Windows
• Basic Web Development understanding/ skill preferred
• Break/Fix experience preferred
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs, climb on ladders and use basic tools

Compensation: Competitive -Based on Experience

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support wide variety of customer base with remote and onsite support.
• Handle client implementations of network upgrades which can include installing new servers and workstations in a Windows environment.
• Performing server and workstation upgrades
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding support questions, making update on service tickets simultaneously. Keeping customers aware of any changes, outages etc before hand.
• Follow set guidelines to initiate and complete tickets
• Communicate with team members about issues as they come up in a timely manner
• Perform any administrative duties if/when assigned by supervisor

The ideal candidate is a team player, is organized, detail oriented and who is able to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem solving skills are essential.

Education/Experience:

Two or Four-year college or university program certificate, or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience and a basic level of familiarity with the following:

- Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10, Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2, and 2016
- VMware (basic familiarity)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Printer Support
- Network Support: routers, switches, storage, and access points
- Smartphone and tablet support
