Position Purpose:

The Client Care Associate is responsible for strengthening the relationship between Gilmore Solutions and the clients we serve. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

To be effective and excel in this role:

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to ascertain their level of satisfaction and assist in resolving client concerns
• Client planning, meeting and strategy
• Client life-cycle optimization
• Gather and organize data
• Confer with internal resources to propose and implement alternative client systems, procedures or organizational improvements
• Provide energetic, outgoing, professional and positive attitude

Knowledge and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in leadership or business curriculum or commensurate experience
• Technology business application knowledge with 1-3 years professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Word and Excel
