This position support the company's core applications, which are a proprietary online portal and CRM system for staff and clients. The job is full-time (40 hours/week) work Monday through Friday on-site in Corona, CA. A balance between telecommuting and in-office, and some flexibility in working hours, can be considered. Wages are dependent on experience. We are a small company and do not offer medical/dental benefits at this time. 401K will be offered after 12 months of continuous employment. There is an opportunity for bonuses and periodic salary increases based on merit and your demonstration of high-level performance.
? Develop, implement and support our applications for internal staff and clients.
? Create production-quality code using best practices and efficiency.
? Anticipate and identify problems and provide solutions for successful end results.
? Migrate legacy code to the latest technology.
? Interact with team to help resolve customer issues.
? Take general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish the desired end results.
? With guidance from management and little or no supervision, complete analysis of partially defined tasks.
? Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 5+ years of experience with online applications supporting internal users and external clients.
? Strong data structure and pattern capabilities.
? Working knowledge of the Adobe ColdFusion / Lucee application development language.
? Working knowledge of Twilio cloud-based REST APIs for telephony and messaging.
? Ability to digest, assess, recommend & implement changes and/or re-platforming for existing code base.
? Basic knowledge of Windows server, Linux (et al) and their configuration as application servers.
? Good communication skills (written and verbal).
? Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to find root cause(s) of simple and complex issues.
? Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision.
