What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate has a background using data to make product choices. You feel at home being hands-on with complex technology, have a deep understanding of how it can bring value to multiple teams, and can drive solutions based on feedback from many directions. You are comfortable operating at two speeds: finding value to deliver now and able to effectively define future wins. You can see the forest for the trees. You're a cross-functional leader who will work collaboratively with the development teams to get solutions out the door with eye for value and bias for action. You have an infectious, positive, can-do attitude and a relentless desire for improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and sequence the product backlog according to business value. You are relentless looking for short-term wins, while planning for long-term success.

  • Drive the progress of epics and features into user stories in narrative and visual formats.

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of software we build. Use your analytical knowledge to communicate and drive decisions based on data that is available at the time.

  • Develop a thorough relationship with clients and understand how they will use new capabilities, features, or cross-channel services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication with product managers, the development teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Work with leadership to identify and drive critical gaps.

  • Facilitate and lead collaborative cross-functional meetings to support and inform strategy and product roadmap.


  • Have 5+ years product owner experience in an agile environment with both a business and a technology focus.

  • Demonstrate competency with new and emerging cross-channel and web-based technologies, applications and trends.

  • Consider the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers.

  • Work smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning in order to produce quality work.

  • Act upon opportunities and involve and influence others in the accomplishment of worthwhile organizational goals.

  • Comfortable working on concurrent products and development efforts.

  • Use creative thinking to see the big picture and the small details, and how they interrelate.

  • Strong technical familiarity with Application Development (Web and Mobile).

  • Experienced in agile software development and continuous delivery
