Essential Job Functions

Under the general direction of the Manager, Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst is part of the Enterprise Business Systems team that supports all of Easterseal's (ESBA) Enterprise Back-office SaaS Business Systems (Financial - NetSuite, Adaptive, Concur, HRIS - UltiPro, Benefits - WorkTerra, Syntrio). This position will administer ESBA's Finance and HR systems (UltiPro & Adaptive), and work on configuration, reporting in HR & Finance information systems, generate dashboards, support Americas-wide planning, decision making and communication of findings effectively across stakeholder teams.


Assists in Business systems administration, configuration, reporting.
Assists in formulating and defining small project/system scope and objectives and creating detailed documentation that comply with the organization's system standards.
Work on overall system configuration changes, implementation of modules and troubleshooting issues.
Assists with analyzing, developing and revising existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Enhance the efficiency of the Business systems by performing system configuration changes, module implementation and troubleshooting issues.
Assist in developing processes, application training, and documentation.
Develop, test, and deploy system configurations and customization to Reports, Graphs, KPI's.
Maintain data continuity, security, and system functionality.
Assist in performing data validation and reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of data/reports.
Ensure system readiness and functionality through close, budget, and forecast cycles.
Assist business teams in project scoping and development effort, documenting agreed-upon solution.
Participates in user group meetings.
Work with cross-organizational stakeholders to promote adoption of the processes and technologies to ensure quality, accuracy and usability of business systems; ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Assist with work with internal teams to implement interfaces to other business systems in organization.
Strong team player with great interpersonal skills, willing to partner and engage with the Business Operations leadership to deliver substantive, business value-add to the operations.
Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.

Educational Requirements & Minimum Years Of Related Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited college or or relevant experience.
IT Applications or Operations or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years with HRIS System or Financial applications experience.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Intermediate knowledge of HRIS/Finance applications is preferred.
