We are looking for...
A customer-oriented, experienced IT Technician to provide desk-top computer, network and server support both on-site at client's offices and by remote connection.
Our clients will need support with their servers, desktops and network infrastructures. A professional, confident and personable demeanor is required.
Qualified candidates must be able to repair and implement desktops, servers and networks; diagnose, fix, maintain and manage security, firewalls, anti-virus systems and email.
Technologies we support at our client locations:
Windows 10, 8, 7, XP ; some MACs
Windows Servers 2016, 2012, 2008
VMWare and Virtual Servers
Sonic Wall, Cisco, and pFsense firewalls
Setup and maintain wireless networks
Gmail, Exchange 2013, 2010, Quickbooks Pro and Enterprise
POP and Exchange Setup, Configuration and Support
Printers, Backup Drives, Routers, Switches
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, understanding and logical troubleshooting.
Respond to service requests and perform routine to complex problem diagnosis and problem resolution.
Project based work for small-medium sized business networks.
Ability to communicate with hardware and software vendors.
Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Capable of balancing several projects and maintaining priorities.
Minimum 3 years network administration experience
Minimum 3 years helpdesk and/or desk side support experience
Clean motor vehicle record and reliable transportation is required
Ability to work independently AND within a team environment.
This position is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. We pay an hourly rate and estimate 15-25 hours per week.
