Tech Support and Customer Service

The Maynard Group provides communications systems and Cloud services for businesses and has been a growing company for 25 years. This position is for a full time representative to join our Customer Support Team.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer service/tech support calls.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and assistance for Cloud and Telecom services, Internet, router, firewall.
• Input, track and escalate trouble tickets.
• Initiate contact and chase service requests with affiliate telecom suppliers.
• Make programming adjustments to customer routers, cloud service and phone systems.
• Follow up and close out open issues.
• Respond to requests for information.
• Accurately update documentation.


Required qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical -- Ability to understand and discuss telecom features and services.
• Patient -- Must be able to stay focused, efficient and caring in varying circumstances.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
