IT Desktop Support Specialist -

We are a leading IT company providing managed and cloud based services headquartered in north Orange County, Ca. Our client base is growing in the Irvine area, we are in need of additional senior desktop support technicians. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and display tenacity towards problem resolutions. Candidates must have a strong and diverse technical background and a proven track record.

We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior Level IT Support Specialist.


Onsite day to day support of 200+ PC/MAC users. Including deployments, moves, troubleshooting of PC, WLAN, LAN, & VOIP issues.
Remote and after hours support of clients with occasional weekend coverage.
Go the extra mile to satisfy the client and ensure the success of our team!
Provide oral & written communication updates, status reports, end user training materials as needed to clients and project managers.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex issues with a diverse client base.


Associate's or Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT related fields preferred.
High School diploma with IT certifications (at least one & current):
CompTIA (A + & Network +)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

Minimum of 5-year IT experience.
Minimum of 2-year experience working for a managed IT service provider (MSP).
Must have considerable hands on experience implementing IT solutions.
Must have proven experience supporting users in mid-large corporate environments.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet commitments/deadlines.
Must have excellent communication skills and great at building client relationships.
Experience in Network Administration and multi-tenant environments.
Subject matter expert (SME) level understanding of popular technologies:

Microsoft Server 2012
Terminal Services
VDI solutions - Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft
Networking - VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, & Firewalls
