DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE / ASSISTANT -

I run a small digital marketing agency that is growing fast. I am looking to hire an assistant/project manager that can help me run and grow the business. This is a great opportunity for the right person and the sky is literally the limit. I don't care how old you are, so long as you are technically inclined, know how to write with some style (and you know how to punctuate), and have computer skills that include things like excel/google drive/google sheets, and have technical inclination and like to learn new things. An interest in digital marketing on some level would be nice, too.

PLEASE NOTE: I am not looking for website designers, SEO experts, people with their own agency looking for part time work, seasoned digital marketers. I don't need an outsourced team. I have my own team, and I have my own process. I am looking for an assistant to help me manage my business. If you have PHP skills, and javascript skills, and any number of other coding/programming skills that is not the kind of qualifications that I need. I need someone who can manage people, who is personable, has reasonable computer skills and can oversee others and handle some grunt work. I care MUCH more if you can write well.

here are some of the tasks involved:
*helping to manage a portfolio of about 100 websites
*helping to manage an offshore team
*learning SEO strategies so that you understand what the team is doing
*some social media management
*learning a ton of new skills
*client interaction, after you prove yourself.

I am looking for someone who is reasonably tech savvy, likes to learn, is interested in digital marketing and SEO, someone who is detail-oriented (quality control on a new website, for example), someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

This is full time thing, and the right person won't be counting hours but focused doing what it takes to help me grow my company (and their own wallet).

*Knowledge of Wordpress at any level is a plus.
*Rudimentary knowledge of digital marketing is a huge plus
*Being able to write a decent paragraph is essential.
*I prefer Macs

I have a small office in Teaneck. I would want you to be able to be there 15-20 hours per week - with some flexibility. And the rest of the time it would be at home.
