ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Financial Results

Meet or exceed the following Store goals:
Monthly Gross Profit goals
Monthly Apple Computer Unit goals
Monthly AT&T Mobility Unit goals
Monthly Loyalty goals
Utilize Simply Mac reporting to accurately coach and train team to exceed individual and store goal expectations.
Deliver operational excellence within the store by completing required inventory counts, cash deposits, and embracing a culture around shrink deterrence.

Enhance the Customer Experience

Drive an NPS score that is indicative of a transformational customer experience.
Instill a culture where every employee utilizes the Sales Process to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
Ensure we have the most knowledgeable employees around our products and services in the industry by having all employees complete required training courses.

Develop Employee Engagement

Perform required monthly employee evaluations to provide team members with planned and purposeful developmental objectives.
