Cabling Technician -

IDR is seeking multiple Cabling Technicians for a local healthcare client. These individuals will be traveling onsite to various facilities across the country, installing and supporting hardware and network devices.

Position Overview for the Cabling Technician:
- Take part in pre-installation planning and documentation
- Install and maintain servers and network devices on site
- Install hardware components and phone systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Utilize time management skills to effectively manage multiple installations
- Provide excellent customer service

Required Experience for the Cabling Technician:
- 1+ years of cabling experience, such as CAT-5, camera systems, alarm systems, or other low-voltage wiring
- Experience in a client/customer facing role
- General knowledge of networking and operating systems
- Experience with WiFi or Ethernet
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- 100% travel required (Monday through Friday)
- Experience implementing and supporting communications technologies preferred
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting desired
- Associate's Degree preferred
