The Information Systems Support Technician keeps company operations running smoothly by preparing and maintaining the company’s computer and phone systems, and supports users by resolving computer and software problems promptly. Reports to the Vice President of Systems and Operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares computers for use:
Sets-up new computers with appropriate software and system configuration
Re-configures computers for new uses and new users
- Prepares phones and phone system for use
- Promptly resolves users’ hardware and software problems
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Required Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Education: Associates Degree in related field
Required Experience: Windows computer administration, installing and troubleshooting computer hardware
Preferred: Experience: Active Directory domain administration
