Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Establish and monitor and help to enforce the implementation and maintenance of inventory control procedures
Reconcile the ERP system (RLM) to the warehouses' inventory reporting. Propose necessary adjustments within the system.
Work within the ERP system to review and post certain transactions (transfers, returns & receiving)
Resolve errors within the system (including FTP files) and reporting discrepancies
Generate Inventory Reporting and analyze information to validate accuracy.
Roll forward inventory and provide to Accounting for month end close and reconciliation timely
Continuous management and support of inventory activities
Prepare and execute annual physical inventories and manage results and related reporting.
Supporting in the Accounting, Operations and IT processes
Strong IT and Excel Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a focus on results
Strong written, verbal and spreadsheet communication skills
Ability to develop process workflows and diagrams
Independent analysis and problem-solving
Information and task management
Accounting or Computer Science degree
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and audit practices and principles
Strong working knowledge of Excel including advanced Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
Experience in Retail/Wholesale management systems such as SAP, RLM (RLM is a plus!), Full Circle, Island Pacific, Microsoft AX
