Mac and Windows Help Desk Position -

Mike's Tech Shop is an independent Apple Store and provider of IT support services to businesses and individuals. We focus on delivering a fantastic customer experience while providing best in class services.

Position Summary
We are looking to add a member to our help desk team. We are looking for candidates with some IT support experience who are looking for an IT company to grow with.

Daily Responsibilities
Answer calls
Provide excellent customer service
Provide level 1 technical support
Document all of your work

We look for candidates who have a great phone presence and great troubleshooting skills. If you don't know how to isolate issues in a computing environment, this is not the job for you. If you can break down an IT problem into its constituent components and analyze each for the root cause, then we want to talk to you.

Microsoft Office
Adobe Creative Suite

Help desk or IT support experience 1 year or more

This is an entry-level position to our organization. There are many opportunities for advancement. Many of our current employees started at our help desk and have moved on to bigger and better positions within the company.
