You will be involved in network, email, active directory support, and major network and systems projects.

You should have experience with:

-IT Troubleshooting in a professional setting
-Windows & Apple desktop support
-Networking experience... ranging from troubleshooting and port-blocking to configuring from scratch
-Wifi, Routers, Switches, Firewalls - Cisco Meraki, SonicWall
-VoIP
-Experience with backups and storage
-Virtualization through Hyper-V or VMware
-Windows Server is a plus
-Experience with an RMM/Ticketing systems & other IT support software like Kaseya, LabTech, N-able, ConnectWise, ITGlue
