What we are looking for:

A Systems Administrator who can design, create, document and maintain our production and support systems. Be able to work with a small team by deploying and configuring multiple systems from QA to Production and manage those systems; Define, architect and implement new technologies as needed. Have experience with Linux environments with full stack implementations. We are considering all levels of candidates with the below criteria:

What is required:
-Organized and reliable individual with good troubleshooting skills
-Ability to self-direct daily work, communicate effectively and collaborate with a small team
-Able to problem solve with attention to detail at both low and abstract levels
-Show initiative and be proactive about providing secure reliable systems
-Technical aptitude to learn new skills

-Expert in Linux (Debian/Ubuntu)
-Experience with BASH and CLI
-Experience with DNS, DHCP, SSL, FTP (SFTP)
-Proficient at SQL database use and configuration
-Familiar with LibVIRT, KVM and Ansible
-Familiar with Apache Ant, httpd and TOMCAT
-Familiar with PCI compliance and security hardening protocols
-Experience with issue tracking software (JIRA)
-Experience with version control systems (SVN)
-Experience with Windows use and management
-Experience with Microsoft Office products usage

-Manage all company systems and hardware platforms (onsite and co-location)
-Be the technical expert for all system administration questions and needs
-Design and deploy best practice system architecture to limit down time to Operations
-Planning, deploying, and managing IT systems: Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Linux Servers, NAS.
-Manage and implement Monitoring, Backup, DR and deployment solutions
-Document all system configuration, deployment and processes
-Evaluate system performance and diagnose issues as needed
