Helpdesk Analyst -

Candidate should have experience working in a large corporate environment supporting over 1,000 users.

Providing 100% Technical Phone Support.

Experience working on open helpdesk tickets related to system questions and issues and provide solutions.

Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail
Strong customer service skills

Must have experience in the following technologies:

Windows, Active Directory, Outlook, Mobile Devices and MS Office Suite.

Experience with Office 365 is a plus.
