You must have experience in a call center or customer service environment and bring some exposure to wifi, routers, and computers in order to provide technical application support to our small business VoIP customers.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Handling inbound calls to resolve issues with client services or account set up. No cold calling. Help customers configure their accounts and devices with our internet phone service Complete accurate notes and respond to customer help tickets Use internal knowledge resources to respond to customer questions

@ 2 weeks you will have completed our new hire training program including an introduction to basic phone networking and configuration, billing issues, and business call rules set up. @ 4 weeks you'll be polishing your support skills doing online chat based support under the guidance of our QA coach trainer to help you adjust to answering questions on the fly. @ 6 weeks you'll be taking live calls and solving issues for our small business customers @ 90 days you'll receive QA assurance feedback by reviewing recorded calls with a supervisor to learn "black belt" level service strategies for serving customers @ 1 year you'll be evaluated for a pay increase and can start seriously planning your career track towards a senior service, operations, or tier 2 technical role.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO APPLY
1) Experience in call center or high volume retail customer service. You love solving customers problems with patience and great service. You bring great phone skills and the ability to manage customer transactions over the phone.

2) Savvy technical skills to learn to help people troubleshoot internet service issues. If you can set up your own home router/WiFi, or even have network+ certification, you can help our customers with their voice-over-internet service.

3) Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred

Our call centers reps make $14.00/hr and work out of our casual Poway office where we bring in lunch every Friday! We offer paid medical and dental insurance for your entire family.
