Must have hardware skills including networking to handle break/fix calls in a retail environment of multiple grocery stores. Knowledge of IT RETAIL is a must. Candidates must have experience in setup of PC's including Microsoft Office suite and knowledge to help staff with Excel and Word connected to client server systems. This is a team environment that requires interaction with our staff to help keep our systems running at all times. A understanding of Client server and POS systems is a must. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported. Update network applications as required. Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware, software, and internet connection. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, s needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment. Provide support to the Technology team
Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
Perform routine server monitoring. Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
Complete special projects as requested. SALARY NEGOTIABLE.
