SCT Wireless is currently hiring for a 1099 position in the following areas: Medical Installation Tech Richmond VA area

Compensation: Up to $18/hour -depending on experience
employment type: full-time/1099 contract
Will train the right candidate
Current contracts are 36 months to full time
Travel:required when the area is slow

Requirements

Pass a background check
Pass a drug test
Current Drivers license
Have a car for local work
Have hand tools - must have
Cable pulling experience/terminating cat 5&6 cables - experience a plus

Dress Code is business casual.
Be able to stay in hotels and travel as required.
Business Credit Card provided
Must be able to lift up to 60 pds
Because of travel requirements must be 21 and over
Travel pay is $15/hour non negotiable.
Must have a car that you can use daily.
No visible tattoos or piercings- you can have tattoos but you must wear long sleeves to cover (always). No tattoos on face, or hands that are visible.

Job Description
We are a third party company and our main customer is a Healthcare company.
We inventory equipment, install& remove old equipment, run cable, install access points, assemble equipment, program equipment and provide assistance as needed to local service engineers.

You will be a 1099 employee and be paid every week via automatic deposit. (You are responsible for your own taxes)
All expenses are paid for, i.e. plane tickets, car rentals, hotels, parking, per diem (when staying in a hotel)

Set prices are determined per area for travel. Must use Concur and allowed are allowed to book own travel

Typical Week
Typical work weeks are Travel Sunday night come home Friday afternoon- when traveling
Mon-Fri when home starts at 8am goes until 6pm (typically hours can vary)
Per diem is $25 per day when staying in a hotel
Pay is from the time you leave your door to the time you get home.
Hours range from 40-60 hrs/week


If contract is terminated or you quit in the first year, you pay hiring costs, shots and vendor systems cost back to SCT Wireless.
