Senior Executive/ White Glove/ VIP Support -

Our client is a global, multi-billion dollar, hedge fund with head-quarters located in NYC, and other offices in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. The White Glove/ VIP support team is looking to add a Senior member to their team which provides high touch support to the C-Suite of Executives, Traders and PMs. Exceptional inter-personal, spoken and written English skills are a must.

Directly support all desktop and laptop, mobile and networking technologies used by the Executives (Windows 10, MS Office, Exchange, iOS, etc.). Provide L1/2/3 technical support for escalated Executive incidents and requests occurring during business and non-business hours for various onsite and remote executive environments.
