PCTech/Help Desk & Sales Tech/Engr -

PC Tech/Help Desk:
We are an MSSP looking to fill a PC Tech/Help Desk position. The position entails being in the office answering support tickets 80% of the time and going onsite to clients within the NY/NJ area 20% of the time. The candidate will also work on projects with senior technicians so that knowledge can be expanded.

Position includes Network/LAN Support as well as some Desktop Configuration and Support.
-Use methods, techniques, diagnostic tools or criteria to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve moderately complex PC/LAN related hardware, software, operating systems and network problems.
-Analyze client needs and review technical alternatives to determine their impact on the client and systems environment.
-Participate in the planning, installation and implementation of new or modified PC/LAN related hardware, software, applications or operating systems to meet client's requirements-Update/write documentation.

Services include:
-Troubleshoot, Service and Maintain desktop PCs in Network environments
-Implementing and monitoring network security and troubleshooting via remote access
-Optimizing and maintaining network software and hardware
-Building and deploying desktops solutions
-Provision, program, troubleshoot, and setup Cloud Based Pabx VoiP phone systems
-Performing network infrastructure troubleshooting such as cabling and ISP issues
-work with vendors in resolving software issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong Network implementation and troubleshooting skills.
Experience and knowledgeable with desktop troubleshooting and configuration
Familiar with routers, firewalls, and Networking enviroment.
Ability to do general Windows server configuration and Exchange management work.
Quick learner and willing to learn new software for managed services and cloud computing.
Willing to travel and must have reliable transporation.

The ideal candidates must have the following qualifications:

- Must have prior L1 remote support experience
- Must have VoIP knowledge, cloud and hosted PABX
- Must have Cat-5e/6 cabling experience
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Experience with supporting users over the phone

SALES Tech/Engr:
We are looking to grow our VOIP business with the help of the right candidate. This position requires you to visit and demo to new and prospective clients the VOIP system. Basic networking knowledge is required. We will train you and provide your with collaterals and assist you with training.
