This role has a clear emphasis on information architecture, interaction design, and usability. However strong client visual presentation skills are a must. You will need to demonstrate attractive documentation of past projects from conception to completion. Research, user personas, user-flows, site or application maps, wireframes, functioning prototypes are a plus.
The position is full-time in our Newport Beach office.
-Two or more years as a practicing user experience designer.
-High level of proficiency, coding HTML & CSS.
-Skilled in responsive website UI/UX design utilizing best practices to achieve a superior user experience and web & mobile based products (Desktop, IOS, Android, Tablet, TV).
-Experience with user analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization.
-Experience with A/B testing and other site design iteration techniques.
-Experience with AdWords campaigns.
-Strong visual design skills.
-Solid understanding of basic design principles (e.g., typography, color, grids, etc.)
-Vigilant attention to detail when needed.
-Editing image and video assets to be web-optimized and in adherence with brand guidelines.
-Organized and highly detailed oriented.
-Able to use time efficiently and meet deadlines in a small team/start-up environment.
-Good team-player disposition with passion, energy and a sense of humor.
-Experience with video editing software
-Experience with marketing and advertising
-Proficient with Google docs

Compensation: Annual salary of $70,000 plus 10 days PTO per year, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
