Primary Duties include:
  • Provide remote Office 365 post-migration support to end-users
  • Configure desktops and mobile devices for Office 365 including syncing Outlook/email accounts, One Drive for Business and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot Office 365 connectivity issues, including email, Skype for Business, One Drive and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot and assist users with OneDrive and SharePoint access, sharing, and permission issues.
  • The undertaking of Administrative tasks such as updating Office 365 Licenses, subscriptions and user management
  • Cloud competency understanding of services and the complexity of the issues that arise in migrations and deployment to Office 365.
  • Assist with user and mailbox creation
  • Provide Level 1 remote desktop support and system administration (occasional client onsite support may be required)
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution for assigned issues
  • Proper training and documentation of issues
  • Provide front line end user support for multiple clients
  • Notice trends and devising long-term solutions to recurring problems
  • Maintain accurate and timely accounts for assigned clients
  • Escalate issues as needed

You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:
  • Experience with supporting Office 365 migrations
  • 3-5 years desktop administration experience
  • 3-5 years helpdesk or remote telephone support
  • 3-5 years operating systems experience (Windows, Mac, Unix, or Linux)
  • Knowledge of Office 365 technical architecture
  • Experience with Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013, Windows client, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Mobile device technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Exchange
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Successful at working in a team culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess valid and clear driver license
