In this position, you will provide user setup services, including the installation of PC software, printers, and various peripherals, and provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for Windows and Mac users and management as needed.
Desktop Support Duties and Requirements:
Resolve Tier 1 Help Desk tickets for our client's employees, including new hire set-ups, desk moves, software installs, computer upgrades, and other tasks as assigned by the Help Desk Manager
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for Windows, Macs, printers and Cisco IP Phones
Imaging and new devices deployments utilizing SCCM
Key skills/experience required
Thorough understanding of Windows OS, MAC OSX, Office applications and other common desktop applications
Imaging via SCCM a plus
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Must be self-managed independent worker and work well with a team
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Passionate about the technology, and the helpdesk process
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
