Growing MSP looking for smart, reliable, energetic, empathetic, professionals.

Full time position: Nights and Weekends (occasionally)
Your job will consist of responding to tickets created by phone or email from our various customers around the bay area. The job is on average 32 hours a week at the office and 8 hours a week driving around to clients. You must have reliable transportation to have this job.

Job Requirements:
At least 2yrs of IT support on your resume.
In depth knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10.
High level customer service skills over the phone and in person.
Ability to create technical documentation and layman's documentation.
Experience with creating users, security groups, networking printers, anti-virus, spyware, file recovery.

Ideal Candidate:
5+ years experience in fast paced environments.
Microsoft Certification.
Windows Server experience as well as desktop experience.
Experience configuring Office365 accounts.
College Diploma.
