Pittsburgh area university in need of Level 1 help desk support. Selected candidate will deliver core IT services including but not limited to: Local Service Desk -- Level 1 support; workplace management; provision devices: PC, peripherals, mobile devices; deploy software; PC hardware support; data backups; account management (Active Directory).

Requirements: Ideal candidate will have relevant experience in: Service Desk / Help desk Support (Level 1); troubleshoot and resolve end user issues (e.g. Microsoft Office, Windows OS, PC Software, PC hardware); Windows 7 OS; Windows Application (e.g. Office); Microsoft Active Directory administration; Local Area Network and Wireless Network; PC Hardware. Associates Degree in IT field required.
