JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Travel to local facilities for on-site support
• Responsible for customer VoIP design, implementation and maintenance
• Independently analyze, respond to and resolve moderately complex hardware
and software questions/problems
• Research and provide recommendation for both hardware and software solutions based
on customer needs
• Update ticketing system
• Document all calls according to established procedures
• Report detailed status on assigned tasks and escalations to others
• Resolve problem reports; review reports for accuracy of problem description/information
• Assist senior and client staff in maintaining quality control
• Assist in meeting service contractual requirements
• Assist in the development and recommendation of new or revised Help Desk processes and or procedures
• Provide phone support during business hours and respond within Service Level Objectives

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Firewall knowledge and experience
• Linux knowledge and experience
• Advanced network troubleshooting/maintenance
• Extensive familiarity with web browsers
• Troubleshooting experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, NICs, DNS
• Extensive experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of Windows desktops and Server
• Ability to troubleshoot network switches, configure firewalls, and VLAN's
• Window XP/WIN 7, WIN 10, maintenance/troubleshooting
• Windows server 2003/2008/2012/2016 maintenance/troubleshooting
• Web Browser, high-level of understanding
• MAC setup, maintenance/troubleshooting
• User setup, maintenance
• Expert proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco, IP routing and IPSEC, VPNs required
• Solid understanding Cisco Routers/Switches
• Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and serve
• Hardware experience a plus
